Information:

Welcome to the pre-season JUSA Friendship Tournament being held August 14th-15th (Signature), August 21 (Recreation). This tournament is NOT for Competitive teams, only Signature and Recreation level teams should apply.
We hope you will find this two-day event fun and enjoyable.

Cost:
$275.00 per team

Signature Check-In:
NO Thursday Check-In
We will be checking the teams 1.5 hours prior to the first game.
You must bring the following documents to the Team Check-In:

• Match Report - please print the match report (above) on card stock (heavy paper) in landscape mode
• Laminated player cards - 2010/2011 season
• Current player registration forms (medical releases) and provide a copy of birth certificate in case of a problem

Referees:
Signature Teams will have their referees provided in the application fee. If you have a referee who would like to participate please contact Pete Pizzola at (714) 693-7253 or petesparts2004@yahoo.com.

Signature Tournament:
Each Team will be scheduled for two games on Saturday & one game on Sunday afternoon

U 16 & U 19 Team Cost $110.00 application fee
U 12 & U 14 Team Cost $90.00 application fee
U 09 & U 10 Team Cost $70.00 application fee
U 07 & U 08 Team Cost $45.00 application fee
U 06 Team Cost $35.00 application fee

Check-In:
NO Friday Check In
We will be checking the teams at the field 1.5 hours prior to the first game.

You will need to bring your Cal South Registration Forms to verify your players for the tournament.
We will have the schedules to verify game times.

Referees:
For U 06, U 07 and U 08 Teams will use their own team referee.
U 09 to U 19 Teams, JUSA will provide referees for your games.

Recreation Tournament:
Each Team will be scheduled for two games on Saturday.
Teams will check in with the Field Marshal 15 minutes prior to each game.
